Products, Pricing & Promotions

At Samagy Fancy, we offer only 100% genuine cosmetics and beauty products, sourced directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers. All prices are listed in LKR and may be updated without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes only—actual product packaging may differ slightly due to manufacturer updates. Availability is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any product at our discretion. If a pricing or description error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders after notifying the customer. Only one promotional or voucher code can be used per order. Discounts are valid only during the promotional period and are not retroactively applied to previous purchases.

Inspection at Delivery

Customers are kindly requested to inspect their package at the time of delivery, in the presence of the courier. If the product appears damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please return it to the rider immediately and notify our Customer Care team right away. Products returned at the time of delivery help us resolve your issue more quickly and efficiently.

Reporting a Complaint

All product complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. To lodge a complaint, please contact us through our hotline, mobile, or email. A reference ID will be issued to you for tracking the complaint. Unfortunately, complaints submitted beyond the 48-hour window will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Eligible Return Conditions

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions: if the product is damaged or leaking, if it has an unusual appearance or unpleasant odor indicating a formulation issue, if it has an unacceptably short shelf life (less than 30% of remaining validity), or if an incorrect item was delivered. Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging to qualify. In the case of a change of mind, you may exchange your product within 3 days of delivery, provided it is in perfect, resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics and skincare items, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products. Additionally, items without original packaging or those returned in an unsellable condition will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. Gift items, testers, and promotional bundles are also non-returnable.

Allergy-Related Returns

We understand that different skin types react differently to cosmetic products. If you experience an allergic reaction, please stop using the product and report it to us within 48 hours of first use. Photos and a description of the reaction will be required for evaluation. Once reviewed, we may offer a suitable replacement or refund. However, we advise all customers to read ingredient labels carefully and consult a dermatologist if they have known sensitivities.

Refunds & Replacements

Once a return is approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days. If a replacement product is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a full refund. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.

Shipping & Refund Timeframes

Shipping is available to the regions listed on our website. Delivery fees and estimated timelines will be displayed at checkout. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as follows:

• Debit/Credit Card: 5–7 working days
• Cash on Delivery (via bank transfer): 3–5 working days
• KOKO / Mintpay: 10–15 working days
